How long do custom orders take?
Our turnaround time depends on current order volume and the number of items you'd like customized. We are a mother-daughter duo, but we usually work quite quickly!
- For 1–3 products, you can expect your order to be ready in approximately 3–6 business days.
- For larger custom sets (3–8 items), the processing time is typically around 10 business days.
Do you send previews before making it?
Yes! Before we begin crafting, we’ll send you a base design plan — including sketches, fabric selections, and any key elements we've discussed. This ensures everything aligns with your vision before we move forward.

What if I need help choosing a theme or settling on a color palette?
No worries at all — that’s what we’re here for!

Absolutely! Your 10% welcome code works for custom orders too — consider it a little extra sprinkle of magic on your made-to-order treasures!
Do I have to pay import tax to receive my order?
- EU: there are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the European Union.
- Outside the EU this varies by country.
- USA: items valued below $800 are exempt from duty.
- Please check what your country's import restrictions are from the EU before purchase and understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur, since this fee is not included in the shipping fee.
- Shipping fee only covers the price of the delivery service, import tax is not included.
- Please do not ask us to mark your order as a "gift" this is against the law and we will not do so.
Can I return my custom order?
Because each customized item is made-to-order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns on these pieces.
