  • On average, a custom mobile takes around 6-10 days to create before shipping.
  • Because every piece is made-to-order, this timeframe allows us to perfect the stitching, balance, and detailing so your mobile arrives as a heirloom-quality keepsake you’ll treasure for years.

Can I return or exchange custom items?

  • Since our nursery mobiles are made to order and customized specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom items.
  • However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, such as a defect or mistake, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to resolve it. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
