    Any delays caused by the weather, national postal services or delivery companies are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays; however we will do our best to assist with any issues that do arise.

  • When using the national postal services yes, except for USA, Canada, Australia. In these countries there is no full tracking info where you can see where your parcel is at every stage during shipping. Countries of the European Union like Hungary, do not get this info from USPS, Canada Post or Australia Post. We can only check when parcel left Hungary.

    Unclaimed parcels that are sent back will track again once in Hungary.

  • If you live within the EU than no. There are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the European Union.

    Outside the EU this varies by country. Please check what your country's import restrictions are from the EU before purchase and understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur, since this fee is not included in the shipping fee.

    Shipping fee only covers the price of the delivery service, import tax is not included.

    Please do not ask us to mark your order as a "gift" this is against the law and we will not do so.

  • Delivery is by USPS - American national post office. If your parcel is not delivered to door, please go to your nearest local USPS location and pick up the parcel in person. It will be on hold, waiting for pick up.

    Our parcels are not trackable via USPS website and you won't get an update via the USPS automated system only if you talk to a real person at your local USPS. Please call that line if needed.

  • If you would like to cancel an order and receive a refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped.

    Please contact Inez as soon as possible at inez@bohobabyheaven.com.

    We also reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any orders at our discretion.

    • SHIPPING WITH NATIONAL POSTAL SERVICE: By international postal regulations for registered parcels, your national postal service must deliver parcel to door. In order to avoid theft, delivery needs signature. In case you're not at home, the postman must leave a note with instructions regarding how to rearrange another try for delivery OR where to pick up item in person. It's not our fault in case your postal service fails to comply to these rules. You need to contact them and file a complaint. If you fail to pick up your parcel, it will be sent back to us. We'll send you an image of the parcel upon arrival and notify you. If you want item to be resent, you need to cover the shipping cost again. If not, we only refund the price of the product if it arrived back intact.

    • SHIPPING WITH DPD: DPD will send you options if delivery was unsuccessful. If your order is still returned to us and you want item to be resent, you need to cover the shipping cost again. If not, we only refund the price of the product if it arrived back intact.

  • There are a few reasons why a parcel delivery could be usuccessful and therefore returned to sender (us at Boho Baby Heaven). If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer error e.g incorrect or insufficient address information, failure to retrieve from hold, failture to pay import taxes (international orders outside of the European Union) we will offer options for re-shipment at the customers expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to submit and confirm their correct address before completing the checkout process. 

  • If there is a fault with the product please contact Inez at inez@bohobabyheaven.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge or provide a full refund.

    All goods must arrive back in their original condition. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.

    Due to the handmade nature of our products, we aim to process returns within 14 business days of your order arriving back to us.

    6. Proper Placement: Place the play gym on a flat, stable surface away from sharp objects, edges, or electrical cords to minimize the risk of accidents.

    7. Temperature Awareness: Be mindful of the temperature of the play gym and the surrounding environment to prevent overheating or discomfort for your baby.

    8. Follow Manufacturer's Guidelines: Adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations for proper use and maintenance of the play gym toys.

    6. Move Out of Reach: Once your baby can sit up unassisted, move the mobile out of their reach to prevent them from pulling it down and potentially causing harm.
