Return policy

Returns:

You have 14 business days after receiving your item to return it to us.

Send us an email below as soon as possible regarding your return. Please include a copy of your invoice and your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Is return postage covered?

We will cover the cost of postage only if the return is due to our error.

Please note the refundable amount only applies to the price that was paid for excluding the shipping cost.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • custom made or personalized products

  • digital items

  • products that are damaged, washed, altered

  • Gift Cards

  • if the wrong shipping address was provided at the time of your order

Refunds:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you of your right to a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time (and in any case, no later than within 14 days of receiving your returned product). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues:

If there is a fault with the product please contact Inez at inez@bohobabyheaven.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge or provide a full refund. All goods must arrive back in their original condition. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we aim to process returns within 14 business days of your order arriving back to us.

Exchange policy

Due to the made to order nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges.

Please return the item you ordered as explained above. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new product.
