Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order to request a return. If the return period expires on a weekend or public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
These include:
• Made to order products created specifically for you
• Customized items made according to your colour or design preferences
• Personalized items
• Sale items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
Because many Boho Baby Heaven products are handmade to order and created according to the customer's specifications, they are exempt from the European Union right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible item you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
