Do I have to pay extra fees upon delivery as a US customer?
- No. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Do I have to pay import tax to receive my order?
- United States: The price you see at checkout is the final price. No extra fees to be payed upon delivery.
- European Union: there are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the European Union.
- Australia: No duties are payable on orders under AUD 1,000. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
- United Kingdom: we are not required in our current taxing range to collect VAT. Customers receive communication from UK customs to pay VAT before the parcel can be released for delivery by Royal Mail.
- Canada: Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes. Canada applies taxes on imports over CAD $20. Any applicable charges are collected by Canada Post upon delivery.
- Outside the EU: This varies by country. Please check what your country's import restrictions are from the EU before purchase and understand that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur, since this fee is not included in the shipping fee. Shipping fee only covers the price of the delivery service, import tax is not included.
- Please do not ask us to mark your order as a "gift" this is against the law and we will not do so.
Where do I track my order?
- Track your order via the email we send you. It contains the link.
- We recommend the Aftership app for parcel tracking.
- Delivery is by national post or courier service.
- As of 1 January 2026, shipments will no longer require signature upon delivery worldwide.

Where are you located?
- We are located in Hungary, East Central Europe.
- Our country is part of the European Union (EU).
How do I cancel my order?
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact Inez as soon as possible at inez@bohobabyheaven.com.
- Orders that have not yet entered production may be cancelled.
- However, because most Boho Baby Heaven products are handmade to order and created specifically for each customer, orders that have already entered production or have been completed cannot be cancelled.
- Customers in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal for eligible products. Please note that customized, personalized, and made to order items are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun. For more information about withdrawal rights and eligibility, please see our EU Withdrawal Information page.
- If you are unsure about the status of your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
My order was RETURNED TO SENDER. What do I do?
- There are a few reasons why a parcel delivery could be usuccessful and therefore returned to sender (us at Boho Baby Heaven).
- If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer error e.g incorrect or insufficient address information, failure to retrieve from hold, failure to pay import taxes (international orders outside of the European Union) we will offer options for re-shipment at the customers expense.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to submit and confirm their correct address before completing the checkout process.
- If your order is returned to us and you want item to be resent, you need to cover the shipping cost again. If not, we only refund the price of the product.

My order arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
- If there is a fault with the product please contact Inez at inez@bohobabyheaven.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
- We will replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge or provide a full refund.
- All goods must arrive back in their original condition. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.
- We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we aim to process returns within 14 business days of your order arriving back to us.
