Inez is fantastic. I ordered 2 flower pillows and she helped me to pick out the colours that would best match the redecorating project for our new home. The process was very seamless for ordering and shipping as Inez provided exact and clear instructions regarding the package. My 4 stars in shipping is for USPS, NOT Inez. USPS did not deliver the package to our home, nor did they leave a slip to inform us to pick it up at the post office. I contacted Inez for some help as it had been about a month since shipping date and the order was not received. She advised us to go to the post office, and that she would fill out a slip for missing parcel on our behalf. Thankfully, the package was at the post office.

In terms of the flower pillows - they're so cute and great quality, and they're a perfect addition to our living room!
